When a phone is lost or stolen, the right moves matter more than speed. This free assistant asks a few simple questions — Apple or Android, lost or stolen, what was enabled — and builds a prioritized action plan: check the device's position on Apple's Find My or Google's Find My Device official pages, lock it remotely, contact your carrier, block the IMEI, file a police report, protect your accounts. It never asks for your Apple or Google credentials, and everything stays in your browser.
Respirez.
How it works in 3 steps
Describe your situation
Apple or Android, phone, tablet or watch, lost or stolen: a few plain-language questions, one at a time — no form to fill and no account to create.
Follow your action plan
A prioritized checklist with step-by-step sheets: the official Find My or Find My Device page, remote lock, carrier, IMEI block, police report. The assistant opens the official pages, and nothing else.
Keep the final report
A summary to keep for your carrier, your insurer or the police — with the IMEI if you have it. Everything stays in your browser.
Why use this assistant
- We never ask for your Apple or Google account, your password or your codes. When their site is needed, the assistant opens the official page — nothing else.
- One question at a time, in plain words. Each answer adapts the plan to your situation — lost, misplaced or stolen.
- Prioritized checklist, step-by-step sheets, and a final report to keep for the carrier, the insurance or the police.
Frequently asked questions
Can this tool locate my phone?
- No website can locate your phone by itself — and none should claim to. Location only works through Apple's Find My or Google's Find My Device, and only if the feature was on before the loss. The assistant takes you straight to those official pages.
Do you ask for my Apple or Google password?
- Never. When you need to sign in, the assistant opens the official Apple or Google page and you sign in there — we never see your credentials.
What if location was disabled or the phone is off?
- The plan still protects you: remote lock when possible, carrier notified and line suspended, IMEI block in case of theft, police report, and passwords changed from another device.
Where do I find the IMEI once the phone is gone?
- On the original box or on the purchase invoice. Dialing *#06# only works while you still hold the phone — which is why it is worth noting the IMEI in advance.
What changes if it was stolen rather than lost?
- The plan adds the theft-specific steps: a police report with the IMEI — usually required by the insurance — and asking your carrier to suspend the line and block the device.
Which devices are covered?
- iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and AirPods on the Apple side; phones, tablets and watches on the Android side.
Is it free, and where does my data go?
- Free, with no account. Your answers and the final report stay in your browser.
